NO. Any cannabis products that are purchased must be consumed in Washington state and may not be transported across state lines.
NO. Cannabis, and products containing cannabis, may only be sold by licensed retailers in Washington.
By State law your purchases are limited to a total of:
– One ounce of cannabis flower
– Sixteen ounces of cannabis edibles
– Seven grams of cannabis concentrate, and
– Seventy-two ounces of cannabis-infused beverages.
Step 1: Get Your Authorization & Visit Us
Obtain a completed and signed Washington State Medical Cannabis Authorization form from your healthcare practitioner. Then visit your closest Evergreen Market store for a one-on-one consultation with a medical consultant to receive your card. Medical consultants are available daily from 9 AM–6 PM.
Step 2: Bring with you
1. Original, fully completed, and signed WA State Medical Cannabis Authorization form.
2. Valid ID or Driver’s License.
3. $1.00 cash per card. ATMs available at all stores.
Step 3: What to expect
1. Your photo will be taken for your card. We kindly ask you to remove hats, glasses, and face coverings.
2. DOH registration and card issuance takes 30–45 minutes. Please allow extra time to browse and shop after your card is printed.
3. Your card allows you to purchase qualified DOH medical products sales tax & excise tax free.
4. Patients are not limited to specific product types. All purchases are sales tax free.
Step 4: Renew Before Expiration
To renew, repeat steps 1–3 before your card expiration date.
With a valid medical card, you may purchase up to three times the standard limit, in any combination of the following:
– Three (3) ounces of usable cannabis flower
– Forty-eight (48) ounces of cannabis-infused product in solid form
– Two hundred sixteen (216) ounces of cannabis-infused product in liquid form
– Twenty-one (21) grams of cannabis concentrate
– Four hundred mg (400) of low-THC infused beverages (beverages containing no more than 4mg THC per unit)
At this time your purchases are limited to cash only, however we have two ATM’s on site.
By State law, no cannabis products may be opened or consumed while on store property, which includes the parking lot.
Only persons twenty-one and over are permitted in the store.
