Now that cannabis is legal in Washington State, many chefs are experimenting with cannabis cooking. In our videos we show you how to make cannabis infused butter using kief and how to use it while cooking. When cooking with weed most recipes call for a canna butter or an oil, which is used in place of the required butter or oil. It’s also important to note that in order for your dish to be infused, it must be infused with a fat such as butter, milk or oil because THC is fat soluble.
